Terms of Service

These terms govern services provided by ScaleTrio ("we", "us") — YouTube channel automation, Shopify store development and mobile app development — ordered through our website or client portal.
How working with us works
- You submit an order; we set up your client portal where you can track milestones, payments and messages.
- Many packages start with a free stage (for example a free channel setup + trailer, a free store design preview, or a free app demo). You pay only when you approve what you see, as described in your package.
- Progress is tracked in milestones in your portal. Your approval of a milestone in the portal confirms that stage is complete.
Payments
- YouTube: $0 upfront. Payment milestones follow delivery — after the free setup + trailer, then in stages as video batches are delivered, as stated in your package.
- Shopify: 50% after you approve the design preview, 50% when the store is live and handed over.
- Apps: 50% after you approve the demo build, 50% at launch.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate project information and timely feedback and approvals.
- Grant access through official platform roles only (for example YouTube manager access). Never share your passwords with us — we will never ask.
- Make sure content and materials you provide are lawful and yours to use.
Ownership
Your channel, store, app and the content we deliver for them are yours. Once a milestone is paid, the deliverables of that milestone transfer fully to you. We keep ownership of our internal tools, templates and know-how.
Revisions
Each delivered milestone includes reasonable revisions so the work matches what was agreed. Larger changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before we start them.
Results disclaimer
Audience growth, views, subscribers, revenue and platform monetization (such as the YouTube Partner Program's 1,000 subscribers + 4,000 watch hours) depend on the platform and the audience — no agency can guarantee them, and we do not promise specific earnings. What we guarantee is the delivery of the work described in your package, produced to push your channel, store or app toward those goals.
Cancellation
Either side may stop a project before the next milestone. You only ever pay for milestones already delivered; see our Refund Policy.
Liability
Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
